OnSiteQuote Account and Data Deletion

You can use OnSiteQuote without an account. If you linked a Google account to Android Cloud Sync, you can delete that Firebase account and its associated cloud data.

Delete in the Android app

1. Open OnSiteQuote and go to Settings → Data.
2. Select Delete Cloud Account and confirm.
3. Re-authenticate with the same Google account that is linked to Cloud Sync.

On successful deletion, OnSiteQuote deletes the Firebase Authentication user, synced Firestore estimates, catalog and company profile, and the app's local data on that device. The action cannot be undone. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel subscriptions separately in Google Play.

Request deletion if you cannot use the app

Email truongcuong05971@gmail.com from the Google email address linked to Cloud Sync. Include “OnSiteQuote account deletion” in the subject. Do not send your password or private keys. We will verify the request and delete the Firebase Authentication account and associated cloud records.
